Introducing

Hello, my name is Maria Magdalena, known as Marcel Mosswood is Second Life. I manage two art galleries in Second Life, here are the LMs:

Art shop gallery (you can buy artworks here):  http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Chilbo/239/205/109

Art gallery for 2D and 3D artworks: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Cape%20Heron/142/9/23

I established the galleries a year ago when I back to SL after a long period absent. So, why I decided to open art galleries in Second Life? I see that nowadays people in Second Life are more appreciate artworks if compared to a few years ago. The number of artists who bring their artworks from real life to Second Life is increased and more diverse in genre. This is what made me think of joining the art world in Second Life.

In addition, we have limitations in participating in exhibitions in real life because we have to bring the paintings to the city by the waterway. Second Life is an option to better introduce our artworks to the world.

For now, we are happy to welcome you to our galleries. Enjoy our works, and don't hesitate to contact me if you want to discuss or collaborate in art exhibitions.

I like how the committee handles the visitor like family, they greet all the visitor: "Welcome home!" Such a very nice greet! I also like the Burning Man's 10 Principles , they are so matched with my principles about humanity. That's why I always waiting for the chance to participate in the event. OK, so this is my artwork for the Communal Earth art exhibition. The theme is The Preservation of The Earth. Through my art installation, I tell a story about human efforts to preserve the earth. In this effort, humans are bound by responsibility for their offspring to inherit sustainable earth. The preservation of the earth is not only about the present, but especially about the future. So that every human being on earth is now bound by the responsibility to preserve the earth since he/she was born.  Glued inside the glo...

The sims, the buildings, the exhibitors, all are sci-fi look! Marcel & Sebastian's Art Gallery at the Scifi Con 2019 Why I'm participating in this event? Marcel & Sebastian's Art Gallery is established by me and Sebastian. I do the nature-inspired painting, and Sebastian does the sci-fi inspired drawing! So, it is clear at this event we only have Sebastian's artworks at the booth. The SciFi Con sims The booth is 20x20 m2, It's half sphere. Although the prim limit is 180 prims, I can't have that many items in my booth because the space to put the artworks is not much with two doors as you can see in the picture. Sebastian's idea is to put two trusses so I can add four more artworks. Brilliant! But I do like the booth, its shape is unique. Our booth ...
