Burn2 Seasonal Perception - Walk On

This is my first time attending the Burn2 event. As they say in the website: BURN2 is an extension of the Burning Man festival and community into the world of Second Life. With the description, you will be able to think about what happened in the event that will be held on 25-27 January 2019 in Deep Hole.

I have read about the Burning Man, and I think it is impossible (at least for now) for me to go the event in real life. So when they have it in Second Life, that is awesome!

I also have an opportunity to build here. I build about global warming, the effects to human, and that human can manage its environment to decrease the negative effect of global warming. Here is my building:

I also make a poem about global warming. What? A poem? Yes, a poem! Yes, English is my second language, and yes, it is not easy to make a poem in a language that is your second language, but I can! Here is the poem, let me know what you are thinking about this:

Disasters here and there
The atmosphere becomes the nightmare
That leaves our body defiled
Leaving the cry of a human child

Earth crying we can't comfort her
Tears and sweat dump her
Flood and drought doubling
Confined by the global warming

We are the earth
To regain fresh air is our mirth
Experts have shown us how
And we must start now

Tomorrow is in our hands
Hopes are our kickstands
All we need is to be braver
To deal with global warming together

OK, so, this morning I attend the opening ceremony, the Walk-On. At the moment, I feel really at home. They accept everyone with the open hands as a family member. Here is the photo I took before the Walk-On:

And here is the video that I made:

Something that I like from this Burn2 community is their 10 Principles that allows me to express myself without obstacles through my artworks.

The Burn2 Conception: Communal Earth Art Exhibition

Its always funs to participate in the Burn2 art exhibition. It is more than an exhibition! It is such a family and friends reunion. I like how the committee handles the visitor like family, they greet all the visitor: "Welcome home!" Such a very nice greet! I also like the Burning Man's 10 Principles , they are so matched with my principles about humanity. That's why I always waiting for the chance to participate in the event. OK, so this is my artwork for the Communal Earth art exhibition. The theme is The Preservation of The Earth. Through my art installation, I tell a story about human efforts to preserve the earth. In this effort, humans are bound by responsibility for their offspring to inherit sustainable earth. The preservation of the earth is not only about the present, but especially about the future. So that every human being on earth is now bound by the responsibility to preserve the earth since he/she was born.  Glued inside the glo...

Rise! Resist! Unite! - My Art Installations At One Billion Rising

One Billion Rising, 14 Feb 2019 If you walk following the path, first you will see a beautiful park. With flowers and butterflies and paintings about the beauty of the life. And then you'll see evil hands emerge from the land where you can find paintings with blood in the spring and screaming flower (Leave me alone!) But the evil hand won't listen! They crush every flower cruelly! That saddened the Mother of Life. Don't mess with us! When one billion people rising, resisting, and unite, the victory will be on us! And the beauty will spark from the storm! The beautiful thoughts will unite to make a better world for woman everywhere! One Billion Rising! Here is a gift for you :

Tour To The Art Shop Gallery At The Valley

In this post, I want to introduce our newest gallery. This gallery is in the Chilbo sim. In the past when I have just arrived at the Second Life, Chilbo was a sim that I first visited after the welcome hub. Then in 2018 when I returned to Second Life after 4 years of vacuum, Maggi Larimore offered me to buy her land. I agree cause I need to expand my art gallery and because Chilbo comes with many sims around it. There are more than 12 sims there that are continuous each other. I choose land that has direct access to the streets between sims. That way if there are avatars that pass, they will see my gallery. So I don't just rely on advertising to introduce my gallery's existence. At the beginning of designing this gallery, I had confusion. I want to build a building there, but it looks like it's too mainstream. Hey, all galleries do it too! They own the building, put artworks in the building. Even though we don't need to worry about the artwork in Second Life if the...
